Case Study:
Chy an Goff Timber Frame
The Project
Following a recommendation from C.I.B. Lello, Steve initially approached us to dig the foundations and pour the slab to form the base of his new home. After we’d completed this first phase punctually and within budget, Steve then asked us to price for the supply and erection of the timber frame panels. The quality of our previous works along with our competitive price won us this next stage. Our engineer made the calculations for the timber frame and our specialist joiner designed and manufactured the panels in our timber frame workshop.
All panels, easi-joist and trusses were delivered to the site and erected by our team. As Steve began to see his new home grow he didn’t want the smooth running to halt, so we went forward and carried out the roof coverage with external skin of blockwork, windows and doors. Steve’s background as a decorator will enable him to carry out some of the future stages himself, although we are however on hand to assist him should any issues arise.
