Case Study:

Shearwater Lodge

The use of contrasting material finishes convey a contemporary feel to this new build bungalow.

Overview

The Project

Tucked away amongst the narrow streets of Mousehole with site access measuring just over 2m wide and next to no space to store surplus materials, the development of Shearwater Lodge required slick logistical organisation.

Many of the larger materials were delivered 2 miles from the site, necessitating the use of our fleet of plant and trucks – not to mention plenty of legwork – to ensure the construction continued to run in line with the contract period.
